- 2012-05-17 - On May the 17th we conduct a workshop - "Development Centre" - organized jointly with the Scientific Unit "HR Leaders" at the Department of Economics and Sociology, University of Lodz.

The initiative undertaken by KURS SIKORY and KNAP Consultants aims to select high school graduates who are characterized by excellent preparation in the field, they want to develop their professional career in, and the thoroughness and regularity of work. The winners of HF Program will be selected in the course of the competition - upon written work and interview basis and will receive a diploma with a recommendation of both signatories of the project.

- 2011-10-26 - As usual, in Octber took place our traditional annual party. This time we were entertained by the actors of "Syrena" Theatre - Wojciech Malajkat, Zbigniew Zamachwski and Piotr Polk, with "Klub Hipochondryków" play. In spite of a cold weather outside the atmosphere inside was warm and friendly - over 220 guests came.

- 2010-12-24 - In December we supported financially the “Uwierz w Świętego Mikołaja” campaign [“Believe in Santa”] run by UNICEF Polish National Committee.
SEE DIPLOMA - 2010-10-06 - In October we were celebrating at our annual birthday party. This time the party was organised in the “Velvet” Club. The atmosphere and the guests (more than 150 people) were extraordinary! During the party night we were also shown that Autumn’s blockbuster – Ryan Murphy’s film “Eat Pray Love” with Julia Roberts and Javier Bardem.

- 2010-04-28 - in April during an annual international ISPA convention held in Amsterdam our company, was the only HR consultancy in Poland to be officially admitted as a member of International Search Partners Group. Thanks to a permanent cooperation with ISPA we have the capacity and ability to support recruitment processes of our clients from 16 countries. see
- 2010-03-24 - in March 2010, following a dynamic growth of our business, we once more changed our office location. We have chosen a place with an extraordinary “climate”, prestige and location: Atelier Residence Building at 2 Bagno street, in the very centre of Warsaw, at the crossroads of Świętokrzyska street and Marszałkowska street.

- 2009-08-17 - in August we began our accession talks with International Search Partners Group (ISPA) – an organisation that associates HR consultancies from several countries.
- 2009-05-20 - in May we organised our fifth company party – this time actors from the Kwadrat Theatre entertained our guests during a closed performance “Szalone Nożyczki” [“Crazy Scissors”]. Conversations in the theatre lobby lasted late at night and a Spring weather was perfect to take a walk along Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście.

- 2008-09-14 - in September we were granted an Insights Discovery accreditation – we use this diagnostic method in our assessment and outplacement projects with great success.
- 2008-04-12 - we celebrated the fifth anniversary of our company with a banquet at Pałac Lubomirskich – the guests were entertained by the performance of Maestro Waldemar Malicki, his acting and an extraordinary sense of humour

- 2007-12-09 - our third annual meeting was held at Chianti restaurant – together with our guests we had the opportunity to watch the work of Italian chefs and enjoy the taste of southern dishes while listening to Italian live music.

- 2007-12-19 - in December 2007, as a result of the extraordinary quality of our services and high ethical standards we were invited to join a circle of members of Business Centre Club.

- 2006-06-27 - another company party was held in June – on the threshold of a hot summer, sitting in deep chairs of Silver Screen Platinum rooms we were taken to the vineyards of sunny Provence by the film “Good Year”. Excellent wine from Provence and Tuscany accompanied our conversations in the lobby long after the film ended.

- 2006-03-07 - in March 2006, on the third anniversary of launching our consulting business, we transformed our company to the form of Polish limited liability company – KNAP Consultants and thus gaining legal personality.

- 2005-10-16 - in October that year we organised our first annual parties – together with our clients and friends we were enjoying cigars and wines in a Sheraton hotel.
- 2005-03-02 - we moved to a new office in Regus Hotelu Sheraton.
- 2005-02-11 - in 2005 we expanded our offer with trainings of self-presentation, managing teams, skills of professional commercial negotiation and direct sales.
2003-2004
- 2004-01-21 - as soon as in 2004 we introduced additional services in human resources area: programs of assessing employees (assessment/development centre) and programs of supporting employees that are laid off (outplacement)
- 2003-06-30 - in June 2003, after 4 months of work, we launched our first website.
- 2003-03-18 - we began our business in March 2003 under the name of Monika Knap Executive Search, and focused on carrying out recruitment projects for middle and upper managerial positions .
