Our philosophy
Our work is an attempt of broader understanding of a human and his or her relations with the world around.
Our activities are founded on our willingness to learn about and to understand motivations, aspirations, plans, and most of all, capabilities of an individual. We take a fresh look at every person we meet and try to find the most valuable, individual elements: skills, experience, knowledge and personal features that may be used for creative and constructive influencing the space in which we all live.
We are also inspired by observing social behaviours, that is communication and cooperation of a person with other people around. We try to identify mechanisms that influence the process of forming a network of links and relations as well as the changes in the quality of mutual interactions.
We are also aware that the matter we deal with is extremely colourful and dynamic and its complexity increases as does globalisation of the links between people on one hand and people’s attitudes becoming more and more individual on the other hand. We also know that in order to see the big picture of the network of relations and to spot the position and the role of an individual in this network, we need to take a helicopter view of the space that we work or live in.
