KNAP Consultants Spółka z o.o. (a Polish limited liability company) is a licensed HR consultancy providing advisory services in the area of human resources management (HRM).
Since 2003 we have carried out many projects and thus gained trust, recognition and written references from over 30 biggest international corporations operating in the following industries: pharmaceutical, chemical, IT, technology, manufacturing and trading, finance.
We specialise in the services of Assessment/Development Centre, Outplacement, Internal Audit, Executive Coaching type, supporting development and restructuring processes of our clients and assisting in enhancing professional competences of their managerial staff. When conducting such type of projects we use our self-developed, advanced diagnostic tools and computer applications which are each time adjusted to the needs of our clients. more
A key area of our activities is recruitment activities (Direct Search/Executive Search) carried out on the basis of innovative methodology and our in-house developed process documentation. We carry out about 100 recruitment processes annually for middle and upper management positions and thus we verify the environment of over 500 biggest Polish and international corporations. Doing this we are assisted by an advanced information management system (CRM system). This wealth of experience and our up-to-date knowledge of current situation and changes taking place on the job market are a reason and foundation for the effectiveness of our actions. For special achievements in this field: quality and advancement of procedures, disciplined and punctual reporting system, clear warranty system, effective business activities and exceptional care of personal data protection our company was awarded Medal Europejski [European Medal] by European Economic and Social Committee, Office of the Committee for European Integration and Business Centre Club in 2008.
A confirmation of our professionalism, effectiveness and high ethical standards in our company was entering ISPA club (International Search Partners) in 2010. ISPA is a prestigious international organisation where HR consultancies from 16 countries are associated. Thanks to our membership in ISPA structures our clients may expect our professional assistance in their activities in any place within and outside Europe and benefit from unified procedures, documentation and work patterns. Currently KNAP Consultants is the only company representing this respectable institution in Central and Eastern Europe.
